What to Expect
-
Introductory Call
During our initial call, I'll introduce myself and invite you to tell me a little bit about what led you to consider therapy. We'll discuss how to move forward, whether scheduling a session or exploring other options. It is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have and to consider whether we might be a good fit.
I understand how difficult making that call can be, so I aim to make this process as comfortable and supportive as possible and you do not have to commit to anything on our first call.

First Session
In our first therapy session, the focus is on building a solid foundation of trust and understanding.
You'll be able to share your reasons for seeking therapy and what you hope to achieve. I will ask some questions to gain insight into your background, experiences, and concerns. It's our chance to get to know each other and begin to establish a supportive therapeutic relationship.

Working Together
As sessions progress, we'll explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, working collaboratively to identify goals and develop strategies for growth and healing. Each session provides a safe, confidential space for reflection, exploration, and personal development.
Throughout our time together, we will look to identify what is helpful and how you are feeling. There is no set number of sessions; this is tailored to your needs and practical concerns, such as finances and time.
Online or in Person
When deciding between online or in-person sessions, consider what feels most comfortable and convenient for you. Online sessions offer flexibility and the ability to access therapy from the comfort of your own space. If you prefer a face-to-face interaction, sessions take place in Earl’s Court. Ultimately, the choice between online and in-person therapy depends on your individual preferences and needs. Feel free to discuss your preferences with me, and we can determine the best approach together.
