How long are sessions and how often do we meet?
Sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes and are available either online via Zoom or in-person in West London. In-person meetings occur in Fulham and Hammersmith. The duration of our collaboration will be tailored to suit your requirements and preferences, with ongoing reviews to ensure the effectiveness of our work together. I understand that practical considerations such as finances and time are important, and we can discuss these factors to find a suitable session schedule. While weekly sessions are typical, we can explore a bi-weekly format if that better aligns with your preferences.
-
Do you accept private health insurance?
I currently accept: Aviva, Vitality, Cigna, AXA & WPA. I am happy to assist you in obtaining reimbursement by providing a detailed receipt for your sessions. I recommend verifying with your insurance provider about their policies regarding out-of-network mental health services. This ensures clarity on potential coverage and reimbursement procedures.
-
Are our sessions confidential?
While therapy sessions are conducted with the utmost confidentiality, it's important to note certain exceptions where disclosure may be necessary. These exceptions typically arise if there is a concern about potential harm to yourself or others or if disclosure is mandated by law. If there is a need to break confidentiality, I will discuss this with you ahead of time.
-
What is your cancellation policy?
To reschedule or cancel a therapy session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hour’ notice may incur the full session fee, except in cases of emergency. Similarly, sessions missed without prior notice may also be subject to the full session fee.

How much do sessions cost?
Please contact me directly for fees. I am dedicated to promoting accessibility to psychological therapy and offer some sessions at concession rates.
